At a glance this chart tells you if you have exceeded your daily allowance of calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, sodium and cholesterol.  You can check your total number of calories, fat in grams, protein in grams, carbohydrates in grams, sodium in milligrams, and cholesterol in milligrams.
GREEN means go. A green bar means you have NOT exceeded your daily limit. As you record more food, the bar fills.
RED means STOP.  A red bar means you are ABOVE your daily allowance by 10 percent  or more.
